Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers and HR Generalists
  • Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials
  • Develops unique training programs to fulfill specific needs to maintain or improve job skills
  • Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials
  • Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos
  • Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials
  • Monitor and update current educational materials
  • Administer and update Annual Regulatory Refresher Courses in conjunction with SME
  • Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques
  • Assist in the evaluation of training programs
  • Assesses training materials prepared by instructors
  • Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
  • Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment
  • Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
  • Track and monitor CE courses
  • Performs other related duties as required
