Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact between the Employer, ILS Manager, engineers, subsystem teams, and suppliers.
  • Facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment and delivery of training facility systems including Trackwork, Overhead Catenary System, Signaling, CMMS, AFC, PSD, COMS, Train Simulator, and Arcade Simulator.
  • Assist the ILS Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing training facility systems to align with overall project objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the ILS Manager on project status, progress, and any arising issues.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address and resolve any technical or logistical issues.
  • Validate and document all deliverables to ensure they meet project specifications and requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive minutes of meetings, including action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of project documentation, progress updates, and resolution logs.
  • Generate reports for submission to the ILS Manager and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues impacting training facility deliverables, involving relevant teams and stakeholders as needed.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Foster strong relationships with the Employer, engineers, subsystem teams, and suppliers to ensure collaboration and commitment to project goals.
  • Coordinate stakeholder efforts to maintain alignment with project milestones and objectives.
