Responsibilities

  • Develop, in collaboration with GA Product Management and the Regions, a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with organisational goals and meets customers needs.
  • Design and continuously improve training programs to support product adoption and overall knowledge enhancement.
  • Identify and develop new value proposition for training offering, to enhance customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Create, and maintain engaging and effective training materials utilising various format.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and marketing to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of content.
  • Analyse customer needs and industry trends to ensure training materials and content remain relevant and up to date.
  • Identify best practices in training delivery, including virtual, on-demand, and in-person options as appropriate.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics (e.g. customer satisfaction scores) to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collect and analyse feedback from customers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Product Lines, Regions, Marketing, and other relevant functions to align training initiatives with business goals.
