Responsibilities

  • Work with SHs (eg Sales Lead, Marketing and Medical colleagues) to gain a deep understanding of business training priorities and needs to be included in the training plan
  • Support/deliver end to end L&D delivery process (from needs gathering to outcome monitoring, including translate, adapt and manage the approval process of Global Training contents to local environment) brand, skills and CFCs Tools in close collaboration with medical, marketing and SME teams, utilizing global & local resources in a blended approach (F2F, self-led etc)
  • Participate to L&D projects, pilots in country and/or at cluster/regional level
  • Leverage learning technology to deliver training courses using the global Training tools & platforms
  • Contributes to the delivery of cross markets/regional training programs when needed
