What qualifications and experience are required for this role?
The role requires a Bachelor's degree with expertise in analytics, PMP certification is preferred, at least 6 years of business data analytics experience in a training environment, experience with Cornerstone, proficiency in compiling and analyzing large data sets, understanding of compliance requirements and regulated environments, experience in learning development and strategies, flexibility in adapting to changing business needs, strong collaboration and communication skills, and outstanding customer service skills.
Where is this role based?
The role is based in South San Francisco and follows a hybrid working policy, with a majority of time spent on campus to align with business and functional needs.
