Responsibilities

  • Design effective and engaging online courses, modules, and training materials. Develop clear learning objectives, outlines, storyboards, and scripts for online courses and modules.
  • Seeks to improve learning and development methodologies and delivery. Conduct needs assessments, oversee and assist in the design, development, and implementation of quality improvement framework to ensure the organization is equipped to meet or exceed service standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on quality assurance matters, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and representing the organization in industry forums and working groups.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practice. Facilitate instructor-led, face to face and virtual soft skill trainings. Review and integrate feedback from learning data to maintain and enhance quality of learning experience.
  • Provide ongoing reporting and insights into the learning effectiveness, compliance and skill confirmation success rates.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to staff teams to enhance their skills and abilities in change management. Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training and quality activities including areas for enhancement of methodology, learning and process changes identified through insights gained from QA reviews.
