Requirements

  • Academical background in Economics, Law or similar.
  • 5+ years’ experience in transfer pricing either within industry or consulting firm.
  • Experience with global Transfer Pricing documentation projects and knowledge of OECD and local Transfer Pricing documentation requirements and standards.
  • Strong understanding of current developments in the Transfer Pricing world including latest BEPS initiatives and consequences thereof.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and SAP.
  • Stakeholders management at different levels and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating projects and working with teams.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Experience in Centers of Competence / Shared Service Center operations is an advantage.
  • Previous experience working in Centers of Competence / Shared Service Center operations would be a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate end to end projects with the markets assigned to your scope.
  • Prepare the appropriate transfer pricing documentation and related transfer pricing analyses in line with Nestlé's Group Transfer Pricing documentation standards prepared and defined by the Group Transfer Pricing Department and as required under the tax laws of the various jurisdictions in which the Nestlé Group operates.
  • Coordinate and prepare the Group’s Master File and the local Country Files templates; manage and coordinate documentation workstreams in TP Web-Tool and follow-up Q&A with Markets in coordination with the Local Market and Group TP Department.
  • Calculate certain intercompany transactions (e.g. Overhead Recharges, Licenses, Intercompany Services, Loans and Financial Expenses, etc.) and ensure these are accurately reflected in accounting systems and appropriately documented.
  • Prepare and develop substance documentation for Tax audits and for management requests.
  • Will have responsibilities to work with certain tax functions or business in the group.
