  • - Operational Efficiency: Maximise fleet availability by minimising Vehicle Off Road (VOR) times and manage vehicle trials and hire processes.
  • - Team Leadership: Set clear tasks and development goals for the Fleet Administrator, ensuring regular reviews and personal development plans are in place.
  • - Supplier and Safety Management: Conduct supplier performance reviews, attend accident meetings, and follow up on actions to ensure safety and compliance are maintained.
