Responsibilities

  • Helps coordinate a staff of 4-7 people to track and trace all transportation activities in Canada and the USA
  • Ensure team is entering data correctly and efficiently into the transportation software
  • Constantly reviews to ensure information is real time
  • Acts with a sense of urgency when any issues arise and strives to understand and correct/mitigate such issues.
  • Investigate and provide incident reports for any Safety Incidents
  • Assists with staffing which includes, hiring, training, health and safety, compliance and knowledge of all road laws and regulations
  • Provides office assistance and support to all logistical needs in the department
  • Other duties as assigned
