Responsibilities

  • Perform audits on travel and non-travel related expenses according to local tax laws and legal requirements and in line with company directives
  • Ensure that any reimbursement has the support of documentation such as invoices, tickets, receipts etc.
  • Perform second level analysis for Internal Control (esp. Third parties, G&H) considering local law and Airbus regulations
  • Ensure compliance with Airbus Policies/guidelines, E&C, Risk management and country specific Tax regulations
  • Administrate the corporate credit card program, managing applications, controlling the usage and ensuring the cancelation in case of resignation of the user
  • Provides support to our end users, in questions related to travel booking, expense submission and reimbursement process, over the phone and by email
