Responsibilities

  • - Achieve the targets set by the Company as communicated by the counter manager.
  • - Be proactive in ways to increase sales opportunities and service standards.
  • - Identify features and benefits of products providing consumers with relevant information.
  • - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Brand and product.
  • - Provide personalized service to our customers in order to meet customer expectations and achieve sales targets.
  • - Maintain an up-to-date awareness of new stock, best sellers, out of stock categories and layouts.
  • - Achieve daily sales goals.
  • - Act as a role model and encourage colleagues to achieve agreed standards.
  • - Take personal responsibility and ownership for development.
  • - Understand the company culture and promote the Brand image at all times.
  • - Preserve merchandising displays and ensure counter hygiene standards including testers and fixtures, which should be kept clean and reflect the Clinique image and guidelines.
  • - Ensure all VM, counter hygiene and brand guidelines are communicated and adhered to, follow up once a week with all changes that take place on counter; regularly communicated to SEE/ Counter manager. Finding VM solutions when faced with oos challenges.
  • - Report all Health and Safety/ maintenance issues to your Counter Manager and SEE immediately.
  • - Complete self-learning of elearning/ onboarding modules as set out by counter manager.
  • - Build relationships with key agency partners to train/ coach agency staff/ generic teams to support achieving key retail goals.
  • - Work individually or as part of a team to offer a high-touch personalized Clinique Travel Retail services to all our customers.
