Responsibilities

  • Drive retail sales and ensure an exceptional consumer experience through regular sales performance analysis and team feedback.
  • Promote operational excellence and an efficient work environment.
  • Maintain effective communication between shop floor teams and the TRME office.
  • Monitor and follow up on shop floor needs, including Brand Representatives (BRs) and consumer experience improvements.
  • Achieve store sales targets by leading team transactions and sales.
  • Support and track incentive plans for BRs.
  • Coach individual BR performance for improvement.
  • Create daily/weekly action plans to motivate the team and attract customers.
  • Conduct performance reviews and team meetings.
  • Foster a positive work environment and teamwork.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partner management teams to drive opportunities for the brand (space, staff, events, stock).
  • Provide live coaching to BRs on the shop floor, focusing on shopper experience and team capabilities.
  • Enhance Consumer Experience and Fragrance Profiling for Niche BRs, and build confidence in makeup artistry and cross-selling for makeup BRs.
  • Train prestige BRs on product knowledge, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Track BR performance and identify areas for improvement with the Education Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Education Manager to develop training plans and focus areas.
  • Assist in planning and executing classroom and virtual training.
  • Ensure merchandising standards meet guidelines and adapt visuals locally.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Retail Design & VM Manager.
  • Work closely with Retail Design, VM, and Marketing teams on brand activations and in-store animations, creating action plans to motivate BRs and drive traffic to the store.
