What will my responsibilities be as a Trust & Safety Policy Analyst?
You will analyze existing policies, conduct efficacy reviews, identify knowledge gaps, develop new policies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, be a subject matter expert, and stay updated on trends in content policy and moderation.
What qualifications are required for this position?
We are looking for 2-3 years of Trust & Safety experience, experience in developing/improving content policies, successful project management history, strong attention to detail, data analysis skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and good communication skills.

This is a hybrid role that requires in-office collaboration two days per week.

This position is located in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and/or Palo Alto, CA.
