What is the Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP)?
The UFLP is a 36-month rotational leadership development program designed to develop Unilever’s Future Leaders by providing challenging opportunities that accelerate their readiness for business leadership roles.
What will I do during the UFLP?
You will take on real business challenges, work on live projects, build relationships with key customers, and develop your leadership skills while gaining a broad experience in Customer Development.
Do I need a specific degree to apply?
No, you don’t need a specific degree background. The program values personality traits such as initiative, people skills, and commercial acumen.
What types of roles can I expect to be assigned to?
You could be allocated to positions such as Customer Account Exec, Category Exec, Shopper Marketing Exec, Customer Strategy and Promotions Exec, or Assistant Brand Manager.
Is there a structured training plan during the program?
Yes, you will receive a bespoke Learning & Development Plan designed to help you build your leadership skills and gain hands-on experience.
Is travel required during the program?
Yes, travel is required and will be approximately 10-25% of your time, depending on your functional rotation.
What support will I receive while in the program?
You will have a dedicated buddy, a career sponsor, an experienced line manager for each rotation, and various development opportunities throughout the program.
What is the salary for this position?
The competitive salary for the UFLP is £35,000.
When is the application deadline?
The application deadline is the 13th of December 2024, but it may close earlier if enough applications are received.
