Requirements

  • - Bachelors in graphic design or similar communications design field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • - Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in conceptual and graphic design
  • - Design proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (mainly InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) and UI/UX Prototyping Applications like Figma
  • - Experience with MS Office Suite (mainly PowerPoint) and web-based project/task assignment software required (Workfront, JIRA)
  • - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and defend design decisions and deliverables to both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • - Knowledge of ecommerce best practices, purchase path optimization, and/or behavioural economics a plus
  • - Positive action-oriented attitude and organization skills required to meet/exceed SLAs
  • - Passion for producing high-quality, well-thought out work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Designs primarily for digital marketing initiatives (including priming, conversion, retargeting and retention assets).
  • Develops marketing assets and campaigns—from concept to completion. Common projects include web banner ads, email communications, purchase path experience, landing pages, social ads, presentation slides, etc. Some traditional media and promotional materials may be assigned as well.
  • Collaborates closely with copywriter, other designers, marketing strategists, optimization strategists, as well as other team members to deliver on business and marketing goals.
  • Participates in generating ideas and concepts for marketing and content strategies.
  • Advocates for Allianz customers and partners through human-centered design methods, including ideation, iterative design, user testing, and continuous feedback, remaining considerate of customer experiences and the larger context of every individual project.
  • Maintains high standards for quality of work—including in times of high volumes of work.
  • Clearly communicates workload and task status, maintains accurate records in project management software (JIRA and/or Workfront,) and keeps both team and leaders informed on progress and strategic initiatives, thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional Agile environment.
  • Stays informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to push creativity and innovation in our work.
