Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to UKG Ready functionality, including timekeeping, storm support workflows and performance management.
  • Support requests come in via a ticketing system, email, and phone calls.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of employee records within UKG Ready and SAP when relevant ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate reports from UKG Ready to support HR and Operations initiatives and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with support services, technical operations, and operations team members to streamline processes and identify opportunities for system improvement.
  • Assist with updates to timesheet workflows, and employee profiles when required.
  • Assist with the weekly quality assurance of payroll reconciliation to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing for new UKG Ready features or updates before rolling out to the business.
  • Stay informed about UKG Ready updates and best practices.
  • Suggest ways to improve existing workflow and process.
