Responsibilities

  • Contracts handling in an efficient and correct way for new and established Marine businesses by:
  • checking the conditions of acceptance of the customer’s request, interacting with the customer if necessary, by using various available data sources to make the right decision and give the right advice to brokers and clients
  • following up until contract signing or refusal
  • developing draft contracts / amendments that fit with customer needs
  • modifying coverage concepts if desired by the client / broker
  • preparing contracts which are beyond authority and discuss them with the team leader.
  • monitoring, planning, and issuing contractual documents (policies, endorsement and certificates)
  • Support Credit Control team in the cash allocation for accounts and the monitoring of outstanding unpaid premiums.
  • Manage information and process: preparing and sending weekly reports, preparing premium flows, preparing and sending local policies instructions, controlling data quality.
  • Follow up new guidelines published for policy administration and Global Programs management.
