The Role

As an Unqualified SEN Teacher, you will work closely with experienced SEN professionals to deliver tailored learning experiences for students with diverse needs. Your responsibilities will include:


 * Supporting the delivery of lessons under the guidance of qualified teachers
 * Assisting with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
 * Providing one-to-one support and small group interventions
 * Collaborating with SENCOs and other staff members to create inclusive learning environments
 * Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to the teaching team
