Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the design problems from ideation to execution.
  • Analyse customer behaviours, industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and provide insights on how to differentiate our products in the market.
  • Help bring clarity into projects that have unclear scope, ambiguity, or high complexity and support translation of business product goals and requirements into cutting-edge design concepts.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering at a strategic level to frame what should be built and how to get there.
  • Participate in every facet of the product development process: product ideation, user research, usability testing and analysis of UX metrics to derive actionable insights. Create user scenarios, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, detailed specifications and oversee its implementation from a quality and content integration standpoint.
  • You will steadily build expertise on the product/ domain by configuring user scenarios in the system and set it for your customer demoes, usability tests etc.
  • Work with Design System and Infrastructure team to leverage the latest design system and contribute to its continuous innovation.
