Requirements

Experience in conversation design for consumer products or services.
Chatbot design experience with Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, Rasa, other bot frameworks, Nuance ASR.
Assess and design the interactions between language and design elements to construct a logical, compelling narrative throughout the user journey.
An enthusiasm for natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) technologies.
Excellent writing and editing skills; experience simplifying and communicating complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Create natural language scripts and flows for multiple chat bots and in-product assistance, ensuring interactions are intuitive and user-friendly.
Work with engineers to ensure the technical feasibility of conversational designs and to increase the performance (cost, speed of response, quality) of chat-bots/assistants.
Create and test prototype chat bots and conversational interfaces, using tools such as Figma to communicate your design to engineering and architecture teams.
Maintain underlying content and content structure to ensure performance of chat-bots and virtual assistants.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in Gen AI and machine learning.
