Candidates need 4+ years of experience conducting research using both qualitative and quantitative methods, as well as an understanding of the end-to-end user experience.

An undergraduate degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or a related field is preferred, or comparable UX research experience. A graduate degree in a related field is a bonus.

You will design and conduct studies using methods such as ethnographic/field research, surveys, concept testing, and usability testing.
