Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle-level tests including range, energy consumption, speed, throttle mapping, thermal mapping, UI/UX, and software verification.
  • Lead end-to-end testing activities for HV & LV systems, including powertrain and motor controller integration.
  • Perform detailed data analysis of tests conducted, prepare and release test reports, and ensure timely closure.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and data acquisition systems like VBOX Racelogic, CAN Loggers, Vector CANoe, etc., for test execution and analysis.
  • Plan and execute pre-homologation tests and provide support during certification activities.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams for ARAI/VRDE homologation activities and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate on new product development through benchmarking, feature verification, integration, and validation.
  • Conduct FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air) updates for test vehicles and perform failure root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Prepare vehicle and component-level testing plans, Statements of Work (SOW), and Statements of Requirements (SOR).
  • Coordinate meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss and resolve testing issues.
  • Handle the procurement and calibration of testing tools and instruments as required.
  • Ensure that test setups are maintained and calibrated as per industry standards.
