Responsibilities

  • Prospecter, informer, conseiller et suivre la clientèle (sur les modèles, les délais de livraison, les prix, les remises éventuelles)
  • Développer le portefeuille client
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer la solution la plus adaptée aux attentes
  • Fidéliser la clientèle en proposant et présentant différents modèles (caractéristiques techniques, motorisation, consommation, équipements intégrés ou optionnels…)
  • Conseiller, fidéliser, satisfaire pour développer les ventes
  • Présenter des possibilités de financement ainsi que des produits périphériques (les conditions de crédit ou de leasing)
  • Gérer les activités liées à la reprise des véhicules d’occasion
  • Négocier la reprise du véhicule d’occasion
  • Gérer et suivre les activités de commercialisation
