Responsibilities

  • - This position is an integral part of the Venue Development & Overlay (VDO) functional area and will be responsible for the temporary infrastructures delivery of one or more venues in line with the agreed milestones, project plans and budgets reporting to the Head of Venue Design and Delivery.
  • - Managing overlay delivery for one or more cluster of competition and non-competition venues.
  • - Manage General Contractors, according with contract documentation, scheduling / planning activity and site delivery / safety purposes.
  • - Managing to establishment and development of overlay delivery processes, including variations management.
  • - Reviewing and managing changes on overlay delivery through the appropriate softwares.
  • - Management of site team overviewing set up and production.
  • - Develop and report on delivery of overlay projects across a cluster of venues.
  • - Full knowledge of all contract, technical specifications and program.
  • - Full knowledge of site management documentation.
  • - Support and manage the ongoing relationships with service providers to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  • - Ensure a high standard of relationship with all internal functions, stakeholders and contractors and the like.
  • - Able to review and comment on the proposed design in line with the contract.
  • - Knowledge of the budget implications of any proposed design solutions and be aware of budget constraints and design to a budget.
  • - Be aware and comply with the Corporation’s health and safety policies, standards practices and program, and collaborate with H&S.
