Responsibilities

  • Entgegennahme von telefonischen und schriftlichen Bestellungen in Deutsch und Französisch per
  • Du betreust sämtliche Abläufe der Auftragserfassung in SAP
  • Tägliche Backlog-Arbeiten in SAP
  • Behandlung von Kundenreklamationen
  • Erstellen von Rechnungen und Gutschriften
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Verwaltung der Daten in verschiedenen Systemen
  • Unterstützung in anderen Bereichen des Customer Service Centers (Frontoffice, Sales Support)
  • Durchführen von allgemeinen administrativen Arbeiten
