Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for global procurement and logistics in our Customer Service business unit with a purchasing volume exceeding 500m. €.
  • Managing 43 employees, you will report directly our Chief Procurement Officer.
  • You will further develop the procurement & logistics strategy for your business unit and drive its implementation.
  • Acting as a role model, you will proactively lead the transformation of organization, especially with regards to digitalization, value chain orchestration, and diversity.
  • You will optimize the Customer Service’s supply chain to minimize costs, reduce lead times, and improve efficiency through process improvements.
  • In addition, you will ensure optimal logistics (inbound and outbound) and quality performance of the suppliers.
  • You will further develop the supplier pool and identify new procurement sources worldwide.
  • Furthermore, you will identify procurement risks and take measures to safeguard our supply chain.
