Responsibilities

  • Vice Presidents in the Industrials Group support new business development and investment banking engagements. They work on a variety of transactions that provide exposure to various investment banking services, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts. You will:
  • Prepare, analyze and help explain historical and projected financial information;
  • Coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactions;
  • Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations;
  • Value companies and businesses;
  • Assist in the marketing and planning of engagements; and
  • Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors.
