  • Lead, develop and initiate sales programs with OEM partners to drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Manage the sales department’s opportunity pipeline and unit forecast reporting.
  • Establish an annual operating plan and financial budget for the department.
  • Build and develop talent capability within the department by establishing individual development plans and coaching team members to achieve professional development goals.
  • Identify and implement marketing plans to create customer awareness and brand preference.
  • Participate in industry associations meetings and trade shows.
  • Work with Accounting to resolve past due and/or disputed account receivables.
  • Gather market intelligence and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market conditions, competition, pricing, and competitive positioning.
  • Ensure that department members are following company safety policies, procedures and best practices to drive a zero-harm culture.
