Responsibilities

  • Lead a team that will help maintain Citco’s competitive advantage in the industry, by leading projects to develop its tools.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with the business, to manage communications with senior stakeholders and to direct the efforts of the SRT team to ensure the execution of agreed priorities.
  • Must have a strong understanding of the business (tactical and strategic objectives), the instruments traded, process and risk. A high level of accountability is required coupled with the ability to provide creative solutions. The primary focus at present is on the Reconciliation platforms (ART and LENS) and the use of Machine Learning, but will continually evolve and be re-evaluated to ensure that the best value is being delivered to the business.
  • Lead a team/s focused on the development of ART and LENS and Machine Learning.
  • Represent the SRT team to senior stakeholders in business and management, ensuring that ideas are collected, evaluated, prioritized and communicated.
  • Seek out and share quality information about the market for reconciliation products and other products that will help add value to our business.
  • Ensure that Managers and staff within your group are organized and have the tools and knowledge to be efficient and meet objectives.
  • Prioritize staff development and make the best use of our talent.
