  • Recepción de señales, verificación de alarmas (secuencial, vídeo) en centro de control.
  • Transmisión y centralización de alarmas, comunicación a los centros operativos y unidades de intervención de las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad del Estado.
  • Videovigilancia remota, accesos videovigilados, rondas virtuales, análisis y realización de informes de procesos (Grandes superficies e instalaciones)
  • Coordinación y comunicación con el personal de seguridad de los centros monitorizados.
  • Control operativo de todos los servicios, recepción y reacción inmediata de sugerencias y peticiones del cliente.
  • Resolución de incidencias de forma especializada, siguiendo las directrices de la Ley de Seguridad Privada y procedimientos específicos establecidos por el cliente.
