Avoir une expérience en tant que visuel merchandiser d’au minimum 1 année, un esprit créatif et une forte culture mode,

Responsibilities

Garantir l’identité visuelle d’H&M :
Vous véhiculez l’image de la marque en veillant au respect et à l’application de ses lignes directrices,
Grâce à votre forte culture mode et à une bonne optimisation de l’espace, vous maximisez les opportunités de ventes,
Vous êtes responsable de la présentation des collections en magasin et de la réalisation des vitrines selon les guidelines H&M,
Vous mesurez le résultat de vos actions par des analyses chiffrées,
Vous favorisez l’expérience shopping de nos clients en garantissant la qualité commerciale du magasin, de façon quotidienne,
Vous planifiez et organisez le lancement des campagnes et des activités commerciales.
Coaching et formation des collaborateurs :
Vous êtes en charge de l’accompagnement et du développement de vos vendeurs, en collaboration avec l’équipe management,
Vous fédérez votre équipe. Vous l’inspirez au quotidien en montrant l’exemple en garantissant la commercialité.
