Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of Human Resources Business Partners who develop and execute people strategies that address the current and future direction of the business.
  • Partnering with corporate and operations leaders to develop and execute both long- and short-term business plans, providing input to shape the business and HR strategy.
  • Acting as a thought partner, challenging current thinking and modeling creative problem solving to impact business decisions; Studying industry trends and designing business solutions to address short- and long-term trends.
  • Utilizing trend reporting and data, making business recommendations that solve for root cause issues and addressing short- and long-term business solutions; sponsoring new ideas/solutions; taking initiative to improve results.
  • Integrating relevant data and information (for example, labor statistics, seasonal data, unique market characteristics, local labor supply, organizational planning), and apply the findings to positively impact the supply chain HR strategy; Utilizing data, identify the HR levers that will improve the impact of organizational capability on business outcomes.
  • Driving talent development strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of enterprise talent across multiple business units or functions.
  • Demonstrating CVS Health Heart at Work Behaviors and developing innovative programs designed to increase colleague engagement and organizational success; Partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, etc.) to create and execute engagement and labor relations strategies for the organization.
  • Teaming with business leaders to organize their optimal structure and human capital requirements; Evaluating and adjusting human capital based on business needs in partnership Business Leaders.
