  • Lead the People Strategy and People Priorities for HP’s Enterprise Operations org – a global team of nearly 11,000 employees
  • Lead Key People Initiatives in the fields of Organization & Culture; Talent & Leadership; and Inclusion
  • HR Fundamentals: Organization design and selection, workforce planning and location strategy, talent and learning, inclusion, employee relations (awareness required of employment law across 40+ countries), executive recruiting and onboarding, etc. Partnering with HR CoEs and Country HR
  • Coach and develop the HR business partners supporting multiple L2 Enterprise Operations business leaders with large global teams
