The primary responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the Chinese menu, taking accurate food and beverage orders, providing attentive service, addressing special guest requests, operating the POS system, upselling products, setting up and clearing tables, and ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with our hospitality standards.
What qualifications are preferred for this position?
