Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Chinese menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations.
  • Offer suggestions and answer questions to enhance the guest experience. Have a good understanding of the outlet’s concept and food and beverage offerings and be able to verbally explain those to guests.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicate clearly to the kitchen and bar staff. Ensure all orders are delivered promptly and in accordance with guest specifications.
  • Address any special requests or dietary needs with professionalism and care. Ensure that management and kitchen colleagues are informed of any special guest preferences or allergies.
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.
  • Be able to operate the required steps on the POS - point of sales system in order to process food and beverage orders.
  • Properly upsell services and products to our guests at all times, enhancing service and generating increased revenue.
  • Perform any tasks relating to billing according to hotel standards and cashiering policies.
  • Set up and clear tables according to restaurant standards, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Support as required other outlets as assigned by the Restaurant/ Outlet Manager.
  • Any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Restaurant/ Outlet Manager.
  • Create WOW moments to surprise and delight guests in the Restaurants.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure in accordance to the MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs).
