  • - Provide an efficient and high standard of clerical service in Maternity wards
  • - Ensure that a welcoming and professional service is provided to patients and visitors
  • - Ensure the smooth running of admin & clerical processes within Maternity wards
  • - Provide a professional, efficient and friendly service ensuring that all patients, visitors and clinicians are welcomed to the department in an appropriate manner
  • - Use judgement and initiative to deal with the day to day patient queries/issues raised
  • - Liaise and communicate with the wider Maternity admin & clinical teams as needed
  • - Have a flexible approach to work
  • - Be highly organised
