Do I need previous warehouse experience to apply for this role?
No, you don’t need any previous experience in working in a warehouse. We’ll provide full training.
What are the working hours for this position?
The current available shifts are rotating day shifts, which include Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00 and Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00, or a fixed shift of Week 1: 11:00 - 21:30 (Wednesday to Sunday) and Week 2: 11:00 - 21:30 (Wednesday to Friday). You must be able to work both shifts alternating weekly.
What is the basic hourly rate for the Warehouse Operative position?
The Basic Hourly rate is £14.06.
Is there a performance-related bonus available?
Yes, there is a performance-related bonus, which can be up to £1.00 extra per hour based on performance percentages.
