Responsibilities

  • Oversee the hiring needs for the VEA and VCS teams, partnering closely with our RPO recruiters, and key business leaders.
  • Work with the Wealth Management business COOs to understand hiring demand plans and develop sourcing and hiring strategies to ensure objectives are met.
  • Manage RPO team to monthly class hiring targets and track progress towards these goals.
  • Develop reporting to provide visibility to the business on hiring objectives; leverage these capabilities to help the RPO team operate effectively at scale.
  • Act as key point of contact to the business around broader firmwide recruitment changes and ensure the business’ needs are properly represented.
  • Look for efficiencies in the class hiring process and develop recommendations to the business.
  • Work with RPO partners to provide hiring insights around key topics (e.g. competitive intelligence, market analysis, etc.) and develop sourcing strategies in response.
  • Support the RPO providers in implementing any recommended changes (including process or technology) that will improve the service in partnership with the business.
  • Partner with key recruitment, DE&I and business partners to plan and implement business unit recruiting initiatives; implement strategies to build a talent pipeline that reflects diversity of all backgrounds.
