Responsibilities

  • Work as part of the PMG Team to implement bespoke discretionary portfolio solutions for PWM clients.
  • Take a lead role in overseeing and enhancing our investment processes whilst ensuring strict adherence to a robust risk management framework.
  • Manage and implement portfolios focusing on areas such as portfolio construction, investment manager / vehicle selection and rebalancing, and monitoring currency exposure.
  • Execute trades across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income (bonds), mutual funds, derivatives, and alternative investments (hedge funds and private equity).
  • Oversee and conduct daily cash management and foreign exchange (FX) exposure analysis. This involves daily trading of spot and forward FX contracts as well as money market funds.
  • Manage all operational aspects of managed accounts, including trading, position reconciliation, capital calls, private equity events, product maturities.
  • Contribute to PMG-specific projects focused on technology development and the improvement of policies and procedures to support business growth.
  • For all of these activities, work in conjunction with other areas of ISG and the broader firm, including GSAM, Legal, Compliance and Technology teams.
