Responsibilities

  • Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Head of Securities Operations, the Wealth Management (WM) PIMH Securities Team Leader is expected to perform the following activities
  • Supervises and organizes the Securities Reconciliations activity (proper follow-up and reconciliation of pending settlement operations and holding positions)
  • Grants and controls the analysis and matching of outstanding operations/holding
  • Manages the team, recruits, organizes the annual evaluation, the training plan, among others
  • Reports and informs the management regularly
  • Implements the right controls to secure the output, improves the process permanently and approves the procedures
  • Produces monthly and quarterly reports, as well as periodic service reviews on activity
  • Manages the team, recruits, organizes the annual evaluation and training plan
