Blue Arrow are currently recruiting a Welder/Fabricator for our client based in Cumbernauld.

Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm, Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm.

Rate of Pay: £13.00 to £13.50

The candidate will be a key member of the Manufacturing Team, responsible for fabricating fencing and gates. You will have the opportunity to use your skills and knowledge within the role with a clear emphasis on safety; quality; and productivity.

Brief Duties


 * Fabricating and welding gates.
 * Fabrication of basic pieces.
 * Fabrication of custom-made products using the following machinery: MIG welding sets, bench grinder, hand grinders, milling machine, routers, plasma and oxy-acetylene cutting sets and general hand tools.
   
   

Previous experience in mig welding is essential as well as familiarity with cutting and gridding.

You must have a valid driving licence as you will be driving to and from customers premises.
