  • Lead optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday Learning.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, sharing your expertise in Workday Learning and other HCM modules.
  • Provide support to clients during the testing phase, ensuring that Workday Learning functionalities meet their needs and expectations.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications for Workday Learning configurations and integrations.
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with client subject matter experts to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Workday Learning.
  • Build consensus around business processes and design, ensuring alignment with Workday Learning best practices.
  • Effectively manage both onshore and offshore resources to deliver high-quality Workday Learning solutions.
