Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver report solutions and anticipate reporting needs.
  • Perform reporting change requests related to business process flow and security based on business requirements.
  • Transfer Business Requirement into Functional Reports.
  • Respond to HR data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various sources.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of confidentiality requirements relating to HR and Financial data.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and drive productivity through reporting solutions.
  • Facilitate data extraction, collection, and other strategies that will help optimize efficiency and data quality.
  • Provide Diversity and RFP Report as requested in accurate and timely manner.
