What is the primary responsibility of the Workforce Benefit Technology Specialist?
The primary responsibility is to support the Regional Technology Practice Leader by providing subject matter expertise in Benefit and HR Technology, including needs analysis, vendor demonstrations and selection, platform implementation, and ongoing client support.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Additionally, PHR or SPHR certification and/or a Life & Health Insurance License are considered a plus.
How many years of experience are needed in employee benefits insurance or HR technology?
The position requires 5-10 years of employee benefits insurance experience or similar experience working for a benefit/HR technology firm.
Is travel a requirement for this position?
