Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include supporting the Vocare Tuition Program to include:
  • Monitoring the Vocare inbox and managing associate communications
  • Creating and managing reports for clinical cohort programs
  • Overseeing learner registration and enrollment processes
  • Approving learners and tracking their enrollment status.
  • Coordinating the Vocare Check-in process for participants.
  • Maintaining all Center for Career Advancement (CCA) program documentation for established and pending programs, including SOPs, affiliation agreements, presentations, and any regulatory documents
  • Assisting with data needs for the Center for Career Advancement
  • Assisting with project/deployment plans and timelines
  • Monitoring the CCA website requests and make updates accordingly
  • Supporting wrap-around services requests.
  • Tracking CCA expenses and ordering of supplies
  • Acting as a liaison between Ascension’s Center for Workforce Development and key partners (HROE, HR Communications, Talent Acquisition, etc)
