Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with People Operations, IT, Finance, Talent, Design and other cross-functional partners to ensure a positive in-office experience for your Sigma colleagues and their guests
  • Manage, order, and stock office supplies, snacks, coffee, etc.
  • Building liaison: communication with the building management team for any needs.
  • Supervise and QA janitorial staff in daily cleaning and kitchen maintenance.
  • Set up each new hire's desk for their first day so they can hit the ground running
  • Be available to support events during the day and intermittently in the evenings; including but not limited to offsites, internal team events, happy hours, internal meetings.
  • Assist with space planning efforts to optimize the office floor plan for the needs of Sigma colleagues and their guests
  • Maintain health & safety procedures, in coordination with the People Ops team
  • Work collaboratively with Workplace Team on office aesthetics
  • Assist the Workplace Experience Manager with staff engagement and Workplace communications, including but not limited to management of Workplace content.
  • Provide admin support to New York office
  • Support the Workplace Team on an ad-hoc basis.
