Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, managing employee inquiries related to workplace services (working in office Monday - Friday).
  • Must have the ability to support front desk operations and manage Communities & Impact WPS functions and responsibilities
  • Property management and Building Engineering coordination
  • Manage WPS budgets and programs (i.e., food programs, office supplies, etc.)
  • Facilities and vendor management: oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, sustainability initiatives, health and safety protocols
  • Event Support: Plan and manage key events, including QBRs, sales events, hackathons, holiday parties, trainings, and community programs
  • Office space planning and allocation: optimizing workspace utilization, coordinating office moves, and ensuring seating arrangements align with the needs of various departments
  • Support mail and logistics
  • Security and Compliance Support – uphold building and Box security and compliance policies, supporting Fire Life Safety (FLS), emergency coordination, crisis management, and disaster prevention efforts
  • Community and Culture Ambassador
  • Support different teams as related to our function
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Actively engage in building community and culture - supporting projects and events, which includes planning, coordinating and executing
  • General Boxers support (in-office and remote)
  • May be asked to provide on-site support at our Redwood City office as needed
