Responsibilities

  • Consult with Legal, Employee Relations, and Human Resources on applications requiring Employee Representative Body action
  • Present applications directly to Employee Representative Bodies (in-person or virtually), answering questions, taking action items, while progressing negotiations forward
  • Understand incoming questions and concerns, developing plans to address concerns at a root cause level
  • Provide status updates to senior level stakeholders on the progress of application decisions
  • Monitor known and emerging risks; develop and own action items to remediate identified risk issues
  • Socialize and secure commitment for remediation and risk management strategies
  • Consult on the development of business requirements for new negotiation models and strategies
  • Draft written narratives to communicate obligations, risk analyses, and recommendations
  • Respond to questions and escalations, while troubleshooting issues
  • Travel up to 70%, mainly within Germany, but possible for other EU destinations.
