  • - Present applications directly to Employee Representative Bodies (in-person or virtually), answering questions, taking action items, while progressing negotiations forward
  • - Understand incoming questions and concerns, developing plans to address concerns at a root cause level
  • - Provide status updates to senior level stakeholders on the progress of application decisions
  • - Monitor known and emerging risks; develop and own action items to remediate identified risk issues
  • - Socialize and secure commitment for remediation and risk management strategies
  • - Consult on the development of business requirements for new negotiation models and strategies
  • - Draft written narratives to communicate obligations, risk analyses, and recommendations
  • - Respond to questions and escalations, while troubleshooting issues
  • - Travel up to 70%, mainly within Germany, but possible for other EU destinations.
