Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Product Strategy: You will be accountable for the end-to-end Product Strategy in close collaboration with the DWP architects. You will define and execute the product life cycle aligning with business needs, market trends, and company goals. You’ll define the roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure continuous evolution and improvement.
  • Cross divisional approach: You will represent Defence and Space for the workspace product in front of other Airbus divisions for harmonizing strategies while addressing needs of Airbus Defence and Space.
  • Multi-Functional Team Leadership: You will lead a Product Multifunctional team (MFT) to manage the Workspace Product lifecycle, both developing the products and operating them to meet operational SLA's. The MFT may vary depending on the activity but will typically include the Product Designers and the Product Delivery Managers (PDM) to ensure consistency while addressing country-specific needs.
  • User-Centric Design & Experience: You will leverage user feedback, metrics and analytics, to continuously improve the product experience, prioritizing enhancements and working closely with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and optimal user performance.
  • Stakeholder management: You will be the focal point for your business to manage their change requests and demands. You will work in close collaboration with the product delivery management team to ensure service delivery and product improvements.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure the product complies with security and regulatory requirements, with inputs from architects and IT specialists to integrate necessary controls.
  • Financial & Budget Management: You will own the product budget, including CAPEX, OPEX, and licensing, while defining and managing chargeback models; Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure cost-effective decisions and vendor management.
  • Project management: You will manage and coordinate activities and projects related to Workspace products, to ensure deliveries in time, budget and quality.
  • Service Operations & Continuous Improvement: You will work closely with PDMs to meet SLAs, drive product enhancements, and ensure service quality. Regularly engage with build engineers to implement technical updates or patches.
