Responsibilities

  • Within the Marina to handle day to day administrative tasks, berthing enquiries and visitors.
  • To handle Marina invoicing, payment and contract.
  • To monitor all financial allocations of Marina revenue.
  • To pursue sales leads in order to reach targets.
  • To assist with HR duties required related to recruitment of new colleagues and monthly recognition.
  • In the absence of the Marina Manager to oversee operations within the Marina.
  • To oversee the Yacht Club Recreation team ensuring that schedules are prepared, HR procedures are followed, necessary purchasing is carried out, day to day smooth operation, consistency of service and high standards of cleanliness are met.
  • Within the Memberships role to actively pursue new leads for all Memberships.
  • To be innovative in coming up with new ideas to promote all Memberships and be active in PR and Marketing of the Memberships.
  • To act as a liaison for all new and current Members to ensure their expectations and needs are met.
  • To assist in organizing regular events for all Members.
  • To achieve set targets for Membership sales set by Managers.
  • To make sure everyone setting foot inside the yacht club has a memorable experience through all outlets.
